The Grande Ballroom
Our History
The Grande Ballroom, located in the Historic Vandivort Center on Walnut Street, has been a part of downtown Springfield since 1906.
From 1906 to 1980 the Historic Vandivort Center was home to Masons and Shriners as the Masonic Temple.
In June of 2006 The Grande Ballroom received an extensive facelift which brought the room back to a 1930’s style of elegance and grace.
The Grande Ballroom is the ideal location to hold your next event. With spectacular views of Historic Downtown Springfield, an elegant 1930’s style setting and exceptional service, there is no reason to look any further.
